Once you log into your account, you can change the delivery address while placing you placing your order. This is automatically make the changed delivery address to be your new shipping address.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

Although there is no minimum order for delivery, we do charge a nominal delivery fee as mentioned below.

In order to place an order from Green County, you will need to register with us. Once registered, you can simply add desired products to the cart, a shipping address, and duly check out. You will then receive the bill/invoice which you can view or save on your device.

For the time being, you can pay for your order on Green County using Cash on Delivery. Other modes of payments like UPI, and credit and debit cards (VISA/ MasterCard) will soon be added.

How do I return a product/item? If your order is already in transit and out to ship, you cannot return the item(s). However, you can still cancel your order with a nominal fee charged. For more information on cancellation, refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What you receive is what you paid for. We advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice, and please report any missing item. In case you are not available to check the list at the time of delivery, we provide our customers a 24-hour window to report missing items. This is applicable for only items that are invoiced.
